Vision Beyond Eyewear: Lindyn Rowland’s Rowland Vision Unveils the Final SS23 Collection

In the realm of TikTok, Lindyn Rowland, renowned as a content creator, shines as the founder and creative force behind Rowland Vision, a thriving First Nations eyewear brand.

Since its 2022 inception, Rowland Vision has graced the pages of Vogue and adorned celebrities like Kid Laroi, marking its ascendancy in the fashion world.

The recent launch of the SS23 collection is not merely a testament to the brand’s creative evolution but a reflection of Rowland’s personal growth. A proud Wiradjuri and Waiben Island man, Rowland emphasizes that SS23 is his most extensive and meticulously crafted project to date.

“This collection is a departure from the norm, featuring larger-sized styles and a metal collection—a dream realized. SS23 is about liberation and showcasing my creativity in every aspect, from design to styling,” Rowland explains.

Despite its brief existence, Rowland Vision has experienced meteoric success, gracing Australian magazines, fashion weeks, and even being sported by Genesis Owusu on their US tour.

The visionary creator envisions a global stage for Rowland Vision, aspiring to see it on runways not only in Australia but also at prestigious events like New York or Milan Fashion Week.

While Rowland remains tight-lipped about the brand’s expansion beyond eyewear, he hints at a grander vision in the works. “Rowland Vision is evolving beyond being just an accessory. Stay tuned for what’s coming,” he tantalizingly shares.

Rowland’s recent social media announcement about SS23 being the last eyewear collection for 2023 and early 2024 signals a strategic pivot rather than an end. As the first and only First Nations independently owned eyewear brand, Rowland Vision’s seven collections and over 40 products worldwide represent a brand in redirection, not retirement.

In parting words, Rowland encourages aspiring entrepreneurs: “Follow your dreams, manifest, and, most importantly, have fun with your business or side hustle.” As SS23 marks the final eyewear chapter, the brand’s evolution promises exciting chapters ahead.
